Everything. People are saying Tuaman pay salary on time but this is not true. Actualy they count from 25th to 25th and pay salary on 3rd or 4th of every month, so we cannot consider this as on time salary.

...ork environment and culture. Teammates and higher management is very supportive. Company policies are very good, fair appraisal and good salary hike annually. Bonus is remarkable.

Though job is project execution but relocation happens very frequently.

...fers. The BD is kind of worst who does not have any knowledge about his/her job. No security of job as well as salary. Site suffers due to wrong management decissions

Good company, Salary in time mostly within 3rd or 4th Every month, Even in COVID situation no retrenchment and with full salary, Good office timing, good support from collogue or seniors, Mostly Bengalis people.

Work pressure must be percolated to the all level of management, why juniors will be penalize? Management must think otherwise resignation will continue
