My working time with TTK Prestige was good, I had developed lots of skills in my entire working period. I had took many decision for development of my territory it was very helpful for me in my working time. In all of my decisions my Branch manager was very supportive.

...ays forcing to working in Sunday and holiday time. It's not good for a employee. And as a organisation company have to change in pay or expenses level, They have to revise his policy they have to change in Employee CTC level and Travel policy it's not good for a employee.

Only culture is good.

One employee has do to work of 6 employees. Employee is overloaded with work and salary is less. Company has not upgraded the process as per technology. At the time of interview management gives different commitments and at the time of joining the role is totally different.

Salary on time, increment on time, location is natural,

Working hour is not fixed, over work load, no team work, no support for task completion , after work hours if you not staying even you complete your all work then also you are inefficient. No policy for employees only all policy and benefits for workers and union.

... are rude which affect company work culture as well as productivity of employee. Salary ofcourse less in the market

No work life balance, low salary wrt industry, pathetic appraisal system, No promotions, favouritism, No proper recognition and reward system. Unnecessary work pressure on daily jobs with tight deadlines. People are not getting promoted even after working for 7-15 years also.
