It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to witness the direction the management is taking. The decisions being made are not only harmful but also unjust and they are impacting the well-being of the employees. Firstly, the decision to stop work-from-home (WFO) for no valid reason has left many of us feeling unsupported. Even when emergencies arise employees are now forced to take unpaid leave to manage their personal circumstances despite being fully capable of working remotely. Furthermore, pregnant women are required to travel all the way to the office despite the work being something they could easily do from home. It’s clear that the company is not concerned about employees health and well-being. Adding to this frustration is the recent firing of individuals who have consistently been the ones to mentor and support us. The backbone of our team. These leaders have always prioritized the employees interests, stood by us during difficult times and fought for our well-being. it's difficult to see them getting fired while others who are more concerned with their personal interests and egos remain in power is a betrayal to the entire work ethics. The leadership and integrity these individuals provided have kept the workplace tolerable during challenging moments and their dismissal reveals a complete disregard for employee morale and the company’s culture. Meanwhile those who contribute little to real leadership are allowed to stay. The favoritism and political maneuvering under the leadership of Mr. Sawan Sharma and others has reached a breaking point. It’s clear that the company prioritizes aligning with personal egos rather than promoting genuine leadership that values the team and employees. I cannot stand by and watch the company lose leaders who genuinely care about the team. The dismissals were a grave mistake and I hope this message serves as a call for management to reconsider these actions. We need leadership that cares about people not individuals driven by personal agendas and favoritism. The time has come for management to critically assess the decisions being made. The harm being caused to the company's culture and employee morale is irreversible if left unchecked. More people will drop their papers and the company will lose it's goodwill and amazing people who worked their a** off for the betterment of this company

I’m writing this in the hope that it prompts some necessary action. Working under Mr. Sawan Sharma has been an extremely challenging experience. He perceives himself as a smart and effective leader, but in reality, his behavior is cunning and detrimental. He often targets individuals, publicly humiliating them. Those who are in his favor seem to receive promotions every six months, while others are pressured to leave the company. Raising concerns about his conduct leads to mental distress, and his ego-driven actions are causing TTI to lose valuable leadership talent. Regarding leadership, Mr. Frank appears unfit to lead the organization effectively. His focus should be on benefiting the company rather than accommodating Mr. Sharma’s ego. Ms. Megha Kurup and Ms. Margaret, I trust this message reaches you and prompts action. It’s disheartening to see capable leaders dismissed so readily. Numerous reviews highlight these issues, and I hope you’ll address them appropriately. Does the same standard not apply to Mr. Sharma?

Where do I start? They sacked a skilled, respected manager but kept Sawan Sharma, a senior manager whose favoritism and promotion of unqualified cronies are legendary. Merit's a myth here. Lohith, another manager, is a spineless yes-man who won't lift a finger for his team. Mass layoffs are relentless, yet they couldn't scrape together a single rupee for salary hikes this year. The culture's toxic, morale's in the gutter, leadership's clueless, and job security is a fairy tale. Add VP Frank Sganga to the mix, a toxic idiot whose presence only pours fuel on the fire.
