Promotions are delayed and pay is not on par with the mid-level companies though TTEC Digital is one of the top-notch customer experience companies in the world.

The business purely runs based on US customers. And the teams are 70% based in US and 30% India based. So this lacks the collaboration between the teams due to the time zone difference. India Management teams is average, some manager lacks good leadership skills.

It’s been with TTEC for almost 3 years and it’s a great experience here. TTEC is the company, which provide you the 100% Job security and try to adopt the new technologies in the market. In my opinion perfect place to explore the new stuff.

...he abroad managers especially when they are looking for the best employee’s. Also when it comes to salary, they should consider the employe hard-work and contribution towards the organisation .

One thing I dislike about working at TTEC Digital is the lack of job security. Even though the benefits are good, employees want to feel secure in their jobs. I've observed that opportunities for advancement often seem to favor those who have closer ties with management.
