I work in Ttec and I am happy with the supportive attitude of the co workers and the staff ,the I no harassment by the managers or other either verbally or in the promotion s it depends on your own capabilities no promotion just for being for so long if you don't match the capabilities,even a fresher can get promoted if he qualifies the criteria.

Dislikes

Your most of the time goes in sleeping on weekly offs just to make your self ready for next 5 days night shift,otherwise nothing to dislike.

TTE take good care of their employee and provide positive work environment. A company has very strong and brand reputation. I appreciate the open and transparent communication from our leadership. It creates a sense of trust and sense of well informed about the company direction and vision.

The work environment was good and also the process was interesting and knowledgeable. The management was wonderful and very helpful.

Dislikes

Some things wete not so co-ordinated as none of my general leaves were ever approved and also the work pressure had me to stuck throughout the work hours.

They treat the employees very badly lots of politics, harassment no personal life they want the employees to leave after 2/3 years and recruit new employees so there is no job security
