1. More importance to people who are boot lickers than to a person who is more capable. 2. Promotions and Incriments to thoes who resign before apprasial every year. 3. No skill development. Didn't go under a single tranning in two years. 4. No appresiation for good work. 5. Orders are given on the bases of your relation with supplier rather that value and quality of the service offered.
