    Flexi time policy. Too many activities happening every now and then.

    Dislikes

    ...d all the time. There is no appreciation for the amount of effort put into work. Compensation wise it is poor. Although it thinks that they are doing a great job in tri-city but that's just a way of exploiting your manpower. Employees are highly underpaid here. Giving your employees a samosa or kachori will not make them happy. It's the value that you give to your employee that really counts. And sadly people are not valued here and it won't even matter to them if a productive employee resigns because they think that everyone is replaceable. So be it.

    Company CEO wants to grow the company and help employees to perform well

    Dislikes

    Need to change the management. People from long time feel like a govt job and don't create any room for growth for juniors. Instead they poke them to resign by creating pathetic work conditions specially in Sales and data team.
