... issues. No job security. There is no increment even if u work for 3 to 4 years. There is no salary structure. There is no induction training. Simply no one knows about the IPC standards. Lot of indian managers follow nepotism.

It was good experience to work with equipment team members. And i like my team members because they are giving a time for learning and also give a good traing to me especially my team leaders (Dinesh and manivannan) leadership was are very very good. Then other team members also give good response and support to achieve the goals. Best learning place to engineer's.

...job security assurance and improve basic needs of foods and restroom facilities. Improve salary package to equipment team members. Because compare to other engineering teams equipment engineer salary was very low.

I am worked for more than one year in TSMT. First of all No job security. Very low salary. Salary credited every month is not genuine. Canteen food is ok for me. Maximum they prefer contract people for working. No standard running projects. If you are working as line leader, assistant line leader, supervisor, quality engineer job only good.. Other post are not suitable for engineers.. Don't join as operator

Wrk is not permeanant ,salary package worst ,management poor plan for workers salary ,satisfaction ,and appraisal....if any issue are came like pandamic and low project they are terminate the workers without the reasons......it is d worst thing ...

I think this the only company give ah permission to work peacefully and also great ambiance..

The salary basis bcz very low to compare to any other company but they never increase the salary for the workers that's a big problem and I'm not like this.....
