Please don't work here. There are no perks, no benefits apart from the salary that is also not competitive and too delayed. Management is manipulative and especially the CEO is not at all good. Infact, even the clients are not happy with him as a person to deal with. As a supervisor / boss, no one really cares about employees. Not even in terms of health. There's no system to report the unfair treatment as HR is related to the CEO. Also, when the work requires the travel, there are no time mentioned which is very unsafe for women. Please avoid for any position especially if you'll be working under CEO

Good place and people to work with. You and easily approach top management for any problem. Flexible work timings and freedom of sharing your ideas. Supportive manager. Nice working culture. You will have a number of official outings to enjoy and understand office colleagues.

Limited scope professional growth, no benefits other than salary and salary delay.

...ions extremely erratically and doesn't allow one to feel secured professionally. The worst problem I personally found there were terrible salary delays and no active Human Resources Department. The managers are biased and behave very passively.
