Worst place to work it was horrible experience in my entire career to work with TS Misra Medical College and Hospital.

...You have to work with your own laptop or desktop company will not provide you. During work if you faces any technical issues you have to bear own company will not pay you single penny for that. I have repaired my laptop 4 times and ask to managers for compensate but no compensation. Company requires so much creative work their expectations from employe is beyond your imagination but if you required necessary gadgets for fullfilling the expectations of company you will get nothing.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

A BAD INSTITUTION WITH GIVE NOTICE TO SENIOR PROFESSOR & HEAD ON WHATS UP AND ASKED SEVRAL FACULTY NOT TO COME TOMORROW ON YOUR DUTY AND YOUR SERVICES ATE NO MORE REQUIRED . THE PRINCIPAL AND MANAGEMENT ALSO NOT GOOD INSPITE OF FACT THAT THIS MEDICAL COLLEGE GOT 02 MD SEATS IN MICROBIOLOGY DURING MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA INSPECTION DURIN MY TENURE AS PROFESSOR & HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT.
