PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY!! No proper company policies are there. There’s no professionalism at all. The hiring manager doesn’t take the work seriously and the team lead doesn’t know the importance to use multiple portals for getting relevant and interested candidates. They make staffs to clean the office and slaughter you a lot if you don’t complete the targets. Every month we have to close 2 position to get 4 points atleast (4 points as in the the candidate CTC if having 2 LPA above then 2 points so closing two positions will be four points in total) orelse they will not provide the salary and also during the interview no matter how much knowledge you have in HR domain they will consider you as a fresher and pay you less. Let’s be honest the work culture is poor and they don’t use multiple portals for sourcing the candidates they only have shine.com which one of the weakest portals and they will mitt provide you incentives. I request you guys to not go to this company
