Seriously i didn't find anything beneficial while working with Trusttech solutions

... year, but this was the worst professional experience I have ever been through .Though the company confirmed my position after 6 months, they have showed satisfaction in my works, the salary hike promised during my interview never materialized. After my first work anniversary, I had discussions with HR regarding the hike, but I was told to wait an additional 4-5 months, with no clear commitment. The company culture is toxic. A newly hired Digital Marketing Manager in the Dubai office lacked both the required skills and basic professionalism. Additionally, taking even casual or sick leave is an ordeal, as policies seem to change at the company’s convenience. HR, unfortunately, has no real authority and often acts merely as a messenger, claiming to have no say in important decisions, including frequent and unjustified terminations. In my opinion, Trusttech Solutions offers no professional growth or benefits, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, healthy work environment.

Dislikes

I would not recommend working at Trusttech Solutions. The HR is very unprofessional and offers minimal support to employees. The management is overly focused on micromanaging, which creates a stifling and frustrating work environment. There is no clear workflow, it makes tasks even more difficult. Moreover, taking casual or sick leaves is a struggle, as the policies seem to change, whenever it suits the company. It's an environment, where you feel unappreciated and always undervalued. Overall, the company's work environment could be strengthened with more improvements. There are much better opportunities, where your hard work and well-being are genuinely valued.

Dislikes

Off shore management with coercive, profanity laced way of communication. Total shut eye to the desperate need of any type of human resource management. No HR managers on shore or offshore. Zero clarity in vision, opaque hierarchy, wasted resources, work and time, inexperience in goal setting and lack of knowledge in functions of most departments if not all. No ownership or support and plenty of pointed fingers and laid off talents. Remarkable incapability to identify work done, encourage, complement, build on it or work along to create more results. Wrong skills and wrong people managing in a more harmful way than good.
