Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

They just hire you ask you to do target, by there pressure u atleast do Activation for Appointment letter then and there chasing for so called points achievement money gets deposited to company account and u get salary of rs 3 to 4 k(or sometime not) instead of 100% of salary for not achieving your target and you leave the job and they are ready to hire new set of employees they doing this from last many months taking advantage of covid on innocent jobless people.. Also they nice set of level team to take care of the fraud..They give u offer letter in which it says will give salary only on achieving in realistic target.

The just hire you ask you to do target around 2 lac by there pressure u atleast do 50 to 70 k money gets deposited to company account and u get salary of rs 3 to 4 k instead of 80k for not achieving your target and you leave the job and they are ready hire new set of fresh employees they doing this from last many months taking advantage of covid on innocent jobless people.. also they nice set of level team to take care of the fraud..

The Product and the concept the way it is designed

Management's stubbornness to not pay fix salary and giving salary to HR & Customer (who are again related to the promoter) support at the cost time and energy spent by the sales people and paying nothing to the sales people who puts all efforts to get in the revenue to the company.
