No boss culture. Work life balance is excellent. Salary on time.

New skill development and learning is absent. No growth for staff employees. Staff employees are under union pressure even management is under union pressure. No salary restructuring. No proper increment. No difference between technical and non technical person. If you are in junior designation you can't be in management grade irrespective of your talent, there are number of junior grade you need to overcome.

They won’t let you grow. Known as MNC but its a typical lala company. Extremely poor management. Even the softwares they are using are so old. Bosses never gives you proper appraisal until u r their favourite.

Company policy is good. No boss culture at middle level.

There is difference in appraisal irrespective of your performance. If you are in Quality assurance and give you 100%, your will never get increment like production person.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team.

The work pressure is high. I have to attend Clint Callas in the evening and sometimes laye into night.
