I worked true blue payroll three years no hike , no bonus worst Finally last third year completed they given 4000 rupees hike after 4 months project completed If project completed some other consultant show some other jobs but trueblue worst Experience I worked so many payroll worst worst Experience

Company culture, lot of fun activities. It feels like government job.Good if you want to pursue something else and want a constant income.

Dislikes

No major dislikes, just usual politics that it everywhere in corporate.salary is very low. Starting salary is good but it does not so justification after 1 or 2 years.

The ambience is the only thing to like about the company, that’s it!!

Dislikes

...hired when it was requirement of people and fired when company didn’t want them. Also, there is no incentive or anything except salary! I was highly insecure from the day I started working at this company as they showed no interest in any employees’s concern as if we don’t belong to the company and the higher management is too rude and not ready to head. If one is managing its entire family or taking care of expenses , pls do not enter in here because your job is not secure and can get fired anytime without info!

It's a good company to start, fresher are given good salary and exposure to work, lot of new things to learn and also a very good environment to work.

Dislikes

When you have so many good things to see then why to focus on bad things, always try to convert your negative point of view to positive by changing your viewing angle.

...areer. I have been working here for more than 5 years and many more years to go. It's an employee centric company, great work life balance with good salary and perks, performance based promotions and appraisal. Great work satisfaction and not to miss, great company culture. I have never seen such a great company who is so focused on employee development and keep the employees happy.
