...he chance to work when I had no option and no one was actually giving me chance. For a fresher company is good in terms of package and for experienced please don't come you would find difficult to move anywhere else.

Mangers are God there because cabs will not be moved unless the Mangers come and board even if they are 1 hour late you will have to wait. Which was horrible and like harassment and you can't even raise a point. One more thing is there which is leave tracker. You have to plan your holiday two months before because all the leaves were marked by the employees so ultimately you wouldn't be able to take leave. I worked there for 8 months and I took only 2 leaves because of this system which was pathetic so according to company your personal life is zero. I need to point out one more thing they say if you have 8 leaves pending at the end of December your 5 leaves will be carry forward and 3 will be encashed and that happend with me. When I asked for the encashment they came up with new rule that you have to complete 180 days and I completed 174 days. Please don't come here nothing to learn all the work is about copy and paste and it wouldn't help you in the future.

...ose employees who have personal laptop, their job is safe during covid pandemic. No salary deduction, nor appraisal during covid.

Worst thing is leave policies. No career growth. Old desktops. Work from home started since lockdown; otherwise there was no provision.
