If you're a good employee you will obviously give your best and increase the business in your given areas. The company gives you full authority to deal with the market.

Everything is great but the salary that the company provides is lower than the market.

... is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No support in terms of monetary provided to the team for working properly in the market.

The management, the decisions, the NSM. Working hours changed, meeting being held as early as 0900am and as late as 0900pm.

Company is although good but some of the inexperienced guys get chance by luck to rule experienced team and anyone can understand that scenario...

Pick and choose policy not on the basis of talent or capability but on spoonism experience only..

Should be focused on employee which come from MNC OR USFDA Company for improvement. And shoul be focused on canteen.
