given offer letter on March 2020, joined in 16-03-2020, corona started. After 3 months HR says where are u?, I am giving my attendance monthly, in turn blamed me not getting any business. Funny. I was made to stand at the cross roads.

Its a bankrupt company. no salaries to employees from top to bottom. I am the live example given business at the time of CORONA not a rupee is paid.

These nothing to like from this company

Dislikes

There are tons and tons of reasons to say this company is worst. Salaries are paid once in 2- 3months. No product in hand to sell Worst management team Good sales team and sales leadership but no support from management. Too dangerous to join and risk your careers. When you don’t have product in hand why you hire people and put their careers at risk. Company is builded on lies and wrong commitments

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
