...t to township and township to main road. 3. Faimly accommodation is very bed. 2.Salary delay issue (approx 2 months+). 3. Very Bed medical facility no hospital, no school, No temple in township. 4. Upper management is very wrost ,no appriciation, 5. No cultural activities. 6. No proper PPE provided by safety department even safety shoes. 7. For desk engineer no proper chair available, chairs are in broken and damaged condition. 8. Increment is given only to Upper management are person closer to decicive body or Upper management only. 9. Salary Deduction in during Covid situation (1 Years). 10. Career growth is poor. 11. During raining season electricity not available in hostel and faimly quator. 12. No timely pramotion provided by company. 13. HR and administration department is very irresponsible for your works.

... management *No accountibility of site adminstration. *No increments from 3yrs *Salary deduction more than a year and still continous. *Lack of technical knowlege from site and department heads. *People recruitment based on low salary not on deserving candidates.

Nothing is like . Leave in jungle and no basic amenities. Junior will abuse and compliant again u. No one help u. From plant head to ur department. So if u grow like a dong then welcome. Other wise if u have any good skill please do not come here.

Worst plant management. No will support you. Fully abusing environment . No body will care ur skill and hard work Hr depart is only good. Rest department is worst. Planning.to.leaev this company asap
