The company township is good, good surrounding environment to spent time in the township. Overall work life balance is good at a broader aspect.

Terrible Politics, crony systems, if you know how to butter the management then you can survive. Top management needs extra butter with cheese. Situated in extreme remote areas. Very unprofessional staff. High attrition rate and no job security.
