poor management vision and no understanding of creating good culture companies. Less pay and full workload, have to work 10 hrs+ per day. Even on sundays and on holidays sometime without any pay. Policies are not employee friendly not even a good match. They dont value efforts of the staff. They themselves dont understand much aabout seo, social media etc but they enjoy denying your exprt suggestion and they cherish implementing their's childish old school illogic arguments.
