Monthly salary cycle starts from 25th of every month and your salary for respective month will be credited on 15th of next month. 6. The worst and toxic manager Hardeep Singh works in this company who will surely make your life a living hell as time passes. He only expects everyone to become workaholic and devote their whole 24 hours to company work only. He would ask unnecessary and irrelevant question just to approve your work from home request and leave. 7. No growth at all. I've seen people working on the same role for almost 10 years. You can only grow in this company if you say yes to Hardeep singh for almost everything he says and become his puppet. ** PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ALL OTHERWISE YOU'LL REGRET IT ****

Getting peanuts like salary on time. Getting to know some friends/ colleagues. Opportunity to Freelance work, however your manager won't like that you earn any extra than salary by doing freelance. They would force you to put that little extra time you have for freelance into the work by assigning more tasks to you. So, that creates a tussle between you two, that is bound to happen over the course of your stay at company.

1. Managers (AB, M, S) and their over burdening attitudes. 2. For engineers EC, CS, IT I wouldn't recommend to work in this sector at all. Better prepare for either IT jobs or go for Masters after btech. 3. If you are an enginner of above mentioned branch then leave this company asap. Bcoz salary here is peanuts compared to you the efforts you put and risk you take. 4. If you are engineer of above mentioned branch try to reach to at least 10 LPA before 25-28 years of your age, which this company will never give you. 5. Do not get attached to peanuts like 300 INR per question. If you can solve Chegg question by any means then you are worth more dear, do not waste anymore of your time in this dying industry. Search for better Tech / non tech jobs. 6. If you think you can prepare for EXAMS like GATE & CAT & UPSC then I would suggest do either of one things. Join this company or preapare solely. Bcoz if you do preparation along with working full time here you chances of success will be decaying exponential to your duration of stay at this company. 7. If you are QA of physics, maths, business and other non engineering branches project your plan of earning in your career. 8. 35 K they pay initially to QAs latter they might increase 1000 bucks per year if you fall in their scheme of things. Else they kick you out. So no job security at all. 9. They tell you officially that mon to Friday but managers like AB and S, assign mandatorily work on sat and Sunday. So if you are getting sat sun off you will be lucky for that weekend.

... and the culture is excellent. Teammates and the upper management is supportive. Company policies, Salary hike and appraisals are also good.

Working at Trivium is really nice. But the salary accrued to me is very less in comparison to what my colleagues get and working equivalent. Also, there is always a feeling of risk of loosing job because of the contractual role hiring. Even after completion of the contractual period or specifically probation, only an extension is given on contract whereas it is very much fine to offer permanent employee position.

Dislikes

Overall the experience is very good. But, sticking contractual employees to contractual position by giving an extension and not offering a permanent role even on completion of the initial contract seems unfair and poses risk to job security.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. They give good salary among all education industries.

Dislikes

... nothing to deslike. But no job security at all. They can leave you at any time. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
