Other team members were very friendly and supportive. Other than that there is nothing to like in that terrible company.

Dislikes

In my overall career experience the One & only worst management i have ever gone through in my life. The best politicians Ganesh veerapillai (COO), karthick(purchase manager) and CVK (CHRO) were taken positions in this company. If you escalate any issues then they will corner and use words on you as you are characterless, inefficient person, you have attitude issues like that. The HR team has zero power in that company. I have wasted my time and energy in that trash.

Everything. There is no proper organizational structure. No clarity on Job title and responsibiities. If you ask the manager he would say "it is what it is". You have to work on day shifts followed by night shifts on the same day, No OT for that. I was hired for Design Engineer role. Till i put down my papers i wasnt given a laptop. Most of the design are outsourced you just have to remodel it. No work ethics. Bullying to work night shifts and staying in the factory. Overall if you just want to loiter in your career this is a good place.

They offer good salary & benefits to all the workers/employees and the job security for employees are too good.

Dislikes

The work satisfaction, company culture and skill developing are very low while working there. I discussed with the employees about the work balance, its actualty very low
