...e is little training in the company.Growth is minimum. There is no job security.Salary is low and there is little appraisal.Work environment is ok but there is lot of poltics.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high as it is indirect target based job. Manager do not value your individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. Also, there is no on job training for freshers.

Money less. Otherwise one of the best place to work. Also time is too much. Its a 10.5 hours job.

Dislikes

Timing is 10am to 8:30pm which is too much Salary is very low. Called on almost all the sundays Appraisal only once a year Incentives very less despite fees being very high.
