The only thing one would like about working at Triton Electric Vehicle, LLC is to look forward to the day your notice period starts. Other than that's absolutely nothing.

...rship (if we can call them leadership) has absolutely no idea how a team is run. Management issues, unpredictable salary cycle, ego clashes and unplanned business structure is hampering the employees. Apart from this, there's no inclusion of any sorts. It doesn't feel like a team, especially when the leaders themselves refer to their team as "employees". There's an alarmingly high attrition rate, and the management does not even have enough funds to keep the MINIMUM licensed tools like Outlook or MS Suite in place. It's always a short term fix to any problem, and absolutely no transparency. The team has no idea what is the goal that they are working towards, and there's frequent spats within the shop floor at the R&D centre. Also not to forget, the sudden requests to the team to appear at the R&D centre on Sundays. There's absolutely no work-life balance and leadership is least bothered about anything.

Working with Toyota India for 13 years as Manager in various departments Infrasturucture, operations, process, IT, Network, Service, Sales, then one day I met with an Amazing persoanality, The company Ceo of Triton Electric Vehicle. And I decided to join the company and its been an year I watching closely the vison of the this visionary person for the company. Signing MOU's with government and other big giants in India is surely not a small or easy process. And we are getting involved with them and going to deliver the best with the help of our team for greener and better future of the nation. A few small minds cannot define the future of the company by commenting or writing their small mind views. Leadership is not meant for small minds to understand the will and power of togetherness. I worked with one of the top leaders of indian automotive, started my journey as an executive till here in 13 years, but I have never respond negatively about a person or a company. People joined as a fresher from small institutions or colleges in a company and after working few months when they hold designation (Embedded Software Engineer) thought they are the ones who are running the organization. In 6-8 months no one can deliver such small talks about a company. I have seen the innovation of the company for the greener world. Great mindset of the leader who is always available for any discussion at any point of time, either he is here or any time zone of the world. And I believe, No one can hold a success in one day it takes time to get succeeded. Culture of the company is as simple as other companies who work for the team and their employees. I am sharing my experience with the CEO and with the company that if you want learn you have to be with smart people and this place is full with great opportunities. Trust yourself and stop listening from small minds who are actually not going to win the game of leadership,strength,motivation and surely the LIFE. Pleasure working here...👍

The environment is dynamic and collaborative, where i get the work alongside professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of electric mobility. I enjoy the hands on experience and learning from various department, gaining valuable insight into the cutting age technology that power Triton vehicles. Why does this company even exist? There is absolutely no organization, no funding, and nothing substantial there. I mean, why are you wasting your time at a company that claims to be doing research and development but does nothing? I was foolish enough to join this firm, and oh my god, it was the biggest mistake of my life. They are just signing MOUs with the government and various companies, but they don’t even have their own basic infrastructure—let alone the capability to build heavy commercial vehicles. It’s ridiculous. The owner himself doesn’t make any sense, constantly talks nonsense, and sets unreliable deadlines. Their projects lack clear goals to achieve. The so-called "head" of the plan doesn’t have even the minimum knowledge required. They just talk, but never actually do anything. The only thing they seem to be good at is buying everything from China and slapping their own logo on it. That’s it. To anyone thinking of joining TEV, I would strongly advise you to check the reality before committing. I spent a precious year there and learned nothing.
