...Mai Tristar ki taraf se as a third party employee laga tha .HPCL Lubricant me... Yeh kabhi bhe salary time pe nhe dete hai . Salary tab dete hai jab aap 1 hafte tak hr ko paresaan karo.....meri variable salary 7 k abhi bhe pending jabki HPCL se yeh acha khasa paisa le chuke hai . Froud and poor management.

Not paid salary .... Thirld party se paisa lekar apko bewakoof banayenge 35% salary Tristar kha jaayega. That's it's 7 k pending Tristar.

All Experience throughout journey is much good,and Officers behaviour is so amaze and supportive.

Not given Appreciation or Appreciation Gift or ETc. No Increment after 1 year. You do your work and company pay you salary that's it.

My experience at Tristar Management Services was unfortunately not positive. There was a lack of communication and professionalism, as I was unexpectedly let go without prior notice. The environment lacked stability and did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from a company, which made it a challenging experience overall.

I had worked with TRISTAR MANAGEMENT SERVICES PVT LTD for 3 nd half years and i had got a lot of experience and skills developed by the compnay. It has given me a great opportunity to work with this company and i was very much satisfied with their services. I suggest everyone to join this company and best of luck for your future also....
