We got a place for work at washroom area and it was impacted for my health hence i switch the job .I told several time to shift a department at good place because good working place is matter for health no one listened .

Worst HR policy ever experienced in regards to FNF. Even for a consultant there is 2 months notice period policy. And more 60 days from last working day to clear the FNF and it took them 3 more months to credit my hard earned 2 months salary (check with any ex-employee). HR will not think twice to penalise you just for chewing a chocolate on the floor. But got no decency to clear FNF on time.

Toxic work culture, high level politics by manager, unprofessional, un organised, no growth, no openion will be taken into consideration, leaders makes their own assumtion and judgmental about people and they dont solve your issues. Old people arw looting management and does not allow talented and skilled people to survive there because they have zero skills and knoweldge. No professuonalism no one work as per time its a kirana shop dont join you will destroy your career.

Directors and other office colleague is too amazing helpful supportive

HR Manager and her chamchi HR Assistant Manager both are good with there gosip no need to work and to ruin other life's. If in case there would be any love affairs in office these both used to break it and remove them from company. Both are worst human being as an HR profession. Coz of such HR, the HR is being targeted in other companies and everyone think that HR are worst. She didn't allowed me to take my leaves she used to come late but late remarks was applicable for employees She used to take more than 2/3 hours break but employees should take 45 min break including washroom and lots of thing was there.. An HR should be first following there policies before enforcing others. Worst HR rest all are good.
