Work life balance is poor I have to work 16 - 17 hrs every day even in weekends. And salary also very low. They give intern 2-3k month depending upon the type of work.

as a junior developer, we get the opportunity to feel responsible for the task we are assigned. The trust that our seniors show in us is commendable. Also, the pressure that we get to work under is a great opportunity to shine in future. Also, we get space to show our creativity, so that is always nice
