They can do much more towards employee welfare and skill development. Needs to update it's salary and hike according to the market standards if they want quality employees.

Nothing for dislike, but for electrical is much better , even Trinity has captured 75percent market in solar panel

Everything. If you want to ruin your career, join here. Kolkata office is worse. The one man army is a mad person. He is having bipolar mood disorder. Will make your life hell. Will put unnecessary pressure, will do micro management and will not allow you to work freely. Ego problem. After joining within 2 months he said that Trinity doesn't want me. They are wasting their money on me. Nodboy is ready to give you training on anything but expect result. You will get your reimbursement after 30 to 40 days. Also, they will make false promises , even he told me lie on job responsibilities to make me join here quickly.

Worst company to ever work in. Typical Lala company where VP level people are engaged in severe theft and misappropriation of funds and in you get hold of any information they will forcefully make you put your resignation. Company culture is the worst of all the companies. Only the people who have been working here for more than 10 years or so and are yes men are given promotions and salary hikes even if they do nothing at work and only plan team parties.

Everything. Specially the yes man culture which will neither let the company grow nor the people grow.
