Coworkers are nice, pay is decent

Dislikes

There is no sense of a work life balance. While this can be true of many consulting firms they consider it a norm here. While they try to make and maintain good faith with clients, they do so at the expense of employees. Management holds meetings to listen to grievances but will not work toward making any suggested change.

When you get settled, then you will feel that company has nothing to offer other than money. If money is not considered then it is a pathetic firm to work

Got almost 100% hike at the time of joining. They have EPF and you can also claim your medical bills till a certain amount. But you won't get the claimed amount in next payroll. They settle only during the financial year ending (March). 100% hike might sound lucrative but if you want to risk your career you can join here.

No clarity on your KRA. Manager keeps changing because they strongly believe in hire and fire policy. In my 10 months of work over here, I had 3 different managers. 2 were fired and 1 left. If you are joining there HR Ops team then may God give you strength to retain here. No scope to learn anything new. They are still working on age old technologies. Work that shouldn't take more than 15 mints will take hours to complete. Their IT team is worst. I have never seen scenarios where an email ID is created for a new joiner and then they suddenly change it. This impacts badly on HR activities. There are many such foolish things their IT team keeps doing. The management is worst. I don't want to mention anyone's name but there are people in upper management who don't even know how to write emails. Full of unprofessional people. During Christmas and New year week, US team have holidays for almost 2 weeks and similar is for India team too. These guys keep partying throughout the year, wastes company's money, hire people by luring them for money, experiment and then fire. Trinity India's main office is in Gurgaon. It started in 2017. Don't join this organisation if you are really serious with your career.

Managers are partial towards US employees vs Indian employees. They are rude and treat Indians as servants, They think they can very easily get cheap labour + high quality work in india. No timely promotion, if you point out anything about manager then you won't be able to survive in office.

*Very pathetic work culture *Heavy pressure for work to achieve given targets. *Non payment of incentives at any cost if u make company earn 20 times of CTC also. *Wrong commitments by management upon new joining. *Instead of review on work, management traces employee complete 8hrs what he is doing , with whom he is talking, where he is now etc.,
