...sons like ur performance is not good and your not working upto our expectations. They won't make that inten into permanent upto 1yr and they pay only 10k to 12k.

No deserving salary for the employee No proper appraisal Pressurized environment Work life balance is a dream No culture Leaders with dominating character exists. Office politics No appreciation for the work instead dominating the employee

1. will get an very good exposure to all the latest market leading technology from that you can learn so much. 2.freedom to manage your own time not more of restrictions

1.company base salary is too low for an freshers it will be below 3LPA 2.working work couture is not good 3.dont have much of facilities for employees

Team is good, managers horrible culture. One man will decide your future in this org.

Management not good, HR team doesn't have any authorities, always they will come with salary hold for silly reasons.

People are good only selected, some developer are good they will help u.

...ime he make you to sleep in company office giving you one pizza for whole night. Salary increment forgot about it he will make you pay even lessor than what you get. You sit in your home do swiggy delivery but dont even work for this company
