Frequent change in managers - I worked here for 9 months with US team and there were 3 manager change in those 9 months, No Job Security, Management wants high class service from HR Ops team but they are not ready to make any investment. People in India team (specially the IT team are laid back & arrogant), HR Department (India) is useless including the upper management in HR department, No clarity in KPI. Join at your own risk.

Absolutely nothing to like about this organisation. The worst company anyone could even be in. 1. Worst work culture. 2. Nothing new to learn 3. Favouritism and Micromanagement from the leadership team. 4. I have seen female colleagues in office late with no cab service to take them home.
