The only good thing is the BCA department where the people are less and managed in a proper way by the program coordinator.

Dislikes

... leave without pay. No El, sick leave etc. No proper management and hr policies. The goal of the owners is to focus on revenue by hiring faculties at lowest salary and take all the work from them. It's a poor institute. The salary is in range of 20k to 50k.

Senior and associates in the department were very nice and cooperative.

Dislikes

...ly bothers about buttressing and not the dedication towards work of the faculty. The faculty is included in the admission process and no extra bonus is given to them except for a few who are dedicated for that purpose. Rest faculty is expected to take classes and perform admission process including phone calls for advertisement of the college to prospective students. Administerial work is also burdensome and no administrator is appointed for the departments qua same. Faculties have to do that on their own and files are of utmost importance. Actual lectures are only secondary. Upon asking for the Hr policy document, the same was also not provided and the response was given that there is no written document as of now. Management needs to be a little less micro in nature and trust in faculties needs to be placed in order for a better functioning. Academics is of least importance here.

List is Little Long- No work culture , Unprofessional Administration Staff (they are getting benefits from management by coming late going early and management getting benefit to pay less) Zero Human Ethics . Only slave mind staff can work their. No Timely increment No Social Life

There is one thing and that is location for which everyone is getting attracted toward this institute Please take my suggestion seriously don't join them they will make your life hell

Everything No hirarchy there they think they are God and providing you job

It's good for beginners otherwise you will regret joining this institute one day

No leaves, they will call you even on Sunday And they will make you telecaller and they make calls by getting data of clat aspirants (that is illegal)
