Nothing simply waste, that is good for if not worked befor MNC or any branded private limited company. Work culture is too bad

Recently i have attend the interview, they have said you are selected with in 2 days company HR Will call you regarding salary negotiation.... I did not expect this much low salary they will call as... Actually I asked 20% additional. But this company HR called me we will give you offer 20% less then current salary. he asked 7k below from my current employer. I have lost nearly 3000 rubees wasted. Attending interview on his office.. this is what my experience in this company.

Management is best only MD's...I like machinary they use... It's very best of the world.

I don't like that discrimination in language basis due to that differentiate Tamil is superior so they get high salary and Hindi peoples inferior so they will get less salary. The inner politics is very dangerous.
