Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

1. There's no work-life balance. Even after giving our best, they don't care. 2. Most employees faced salary cuts. 3. Promotions are based on politics. Komal from HR interferes with engineers and teams. 4. Job security is zero. They make us feel unworthy, and we constantly fear being fired. 5. Appreciation for work is rare. 6. Management is poor. 7. Only the employee who has project in hand to work , can use work from home facility. 8. If they don't have project in specific technology then they make you shift the technology and it affects on our profile .
