1. As per your position you will get lot of things to learn. 2. Even in most companies you will be denied to work on database, but here you will given complete exposure to work on database. 3. As you will be working on transport websites, so you always needs to be very careful and sure about work you perform.

1. Salary does not gets credited even after 2-3 months. You will not be informed about the situation prior from HR or Accounts. Even, if calls are made to responsible department to get an idea about the further info or current situation there is no Valid ans. provided. 2. You will be asked to come on weekend (Sat. + Sun.) apart form daily basis. 3. Depending on the project you will be asked to travel different states, but reimbursement is not done on time. 4. Even employees are struggling with basic needs like water, A.C. Company is failing to provide water then they keep the A.C off post lunch. (This happens randomly/ month). 5. The company is expected to provide Mouse, keyboard, chair (sitting arrangement). But even after drooping so many emails the employee itself needs to fight for get working mouse, keyboard and chair. 6. Since Jan 2017 or maybe from last 2 years only 2 small activities are conducted and that to by taken initiative by single HR. 7. At the time of joining you will

Good work environment and very supportive teammates.

Dislikes

Salary will not credit exact date. Sometimes it will be credit 2 months once. That is biggest drawbacks. Salary was decent but carrier growth is slow.

Not at all satisfied with the company. A very very very big issue is salary. We are working without salary since last 4 months. In the month of MAR-2018 we have got the salary for NOV-2017. We dont know by when we will get the next salary for DEC-2017. Very poor & worst organization to work. If you are thinking to join Trimax then please dont think. It is wastage of time & money. If you fight against management to get your salaries, you will be warned that you will be terminated if take any action. Very very worst senior management team. Now We are trying get out from her at the earliest.

Teamates are awesome, training will be given parallel with role itself. We talk about salaries then i can say worthy of work cause apart from my work my salary is somehow unsatifyed but good from this campany and work life is cool too. Environment is awesome here for the supportive and learning of new subject from here.
