Low salary and no growth in earing and learning. No seniors for training, have to work for 7 days of any employee is missing. Clients are just rude

There is nothing any work on java development they just doing time pass with us. Highly recommended do not join.

Salary delayed 4 to 5 and when you ask to hr when salary will credited then they said management will decided and inform to you which never happened.

Not at all satisfied with the company. A very very very big issue is salary. We are working without salary since last 4 months. In the month of MAR-2018 we have got the salary for NOV-2017. We dont know by when we will get the next salary for DEC-2017. Very poor & worst organization to work. If you are thinking to join Trimax then please dont think. It is wastage of time & money. If you fight against management to get your salaries, you will be warned that you will be terminated if take any action. Very very worst senior management team. Now We are trying get out from her at the earliest.

Salary not on time. Have to wait 4 months for salary. FNF taking more than a year.

Have learned about integration of web technology to hardware. Good place for Fresher only. They can get opportunity to learn new technology.

1) Employee getting salary after 3 months 2) Salary provided to employee not at time , they are getting at label wise salary 3) HR is not polite with employee ie no authority to give basic needs 4) No medical benefit to employee ie no medical/health insurance 5) work culture doesn't match with medium lable IT standard 6) basic needs of employee are not getting in office premises like water, ,tea washroom cleanness 7) Employee get answer too late from management after mail following. 8) Employee get leave balance after getting confirmation 9) Not provided basic equipment to develop application testing 10) Employee gets confirmation letter after 8-9 months which should provide in the 6th month itself 11) NO APPRAISAL POLICY , only for fresher label which is like to 1 -2 %

...t Trimax 1 year ago and they have still not cleared the full & final settlement. Have been trying to call many times, bu the HR says they are not sure when we will be getting our remaining salary and just keeps saying that "You left in June, We have not yet cleared F &F of employees who left in Jan." It is the worst company that i have ever worked with. Please dont join them, you will surely regret it. They may offer you very good package but its not worth as you may not even get your salary.
