We talk about salaries then i can say worthy of work cause apart from my work my salary is somehow unsatifyed but good from this campany and work life is cool too. VERY POOR SALARY STRICKT TIMINY SALRY NOTHING NO APPRISAL SALARY TIMEING IS NOT FIXED AFTER HALF MONTH COMPLETE THEN SALARY GIVE AFTER THAT DATE IS NOT FIXED DIWALYA COMPANY

This is a good place to start career. Job security is good , No work pressure, 8 hour working.

Exposure is very limited. Learning scope is very less . Salary timing is not regular. No so called HR policy. No leave just 1 day in a month leave is allowed.

Good work environment and culture. The team leader is supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joiners.
