The year-end appraisals are decent, and the bonuses are paid on time.

There is a whole laundry list: 1. Lawyers and Support staff members are treated differently. The law firm creates a huge cultural gap between the two work groups. 2. There is no job security; they fired someone because that person liked a competing law firm's post on LinkedIn. So you always feel that you may be next 3. There is no work-life balance; the partners and lawyers call you at odd hours, expecting us to reply and work for them. 4.

Nothing really.

Dislikes

Politics, Politics, Politics. Lawyers are treated with great respect, whilst all others are treated like second class citizens. Lawyers are arrogant and yell and scream at the support staff, with little or no empathy.

Everything ! People are not friendly! I am Not sure about lawyer but staff from admin , accounts and billing are horrible. Very old way of working so no much learning
