Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15-20 hours in a day. Managers do not value an senior employees

...f you do any wrong (like late comings , efficiency, system not turning off,etc..)the will cut the salary and this is not a office it a school
