I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

salary hike is not good ..even tho they pay incentives so late for example after 1 year also they wont pay incentives....but no need to worry to pay salary every month

We can learn lot about GIS mapping and there is career growth if we give the quality. This company having 3 more branches. It is totally based on mapping process.This company always take-up the new advanced projects in mapping field which are challenged ( Most interesting part about company in my point of view )

Most of the time we are doing extra hours in a day. Salary is less compare with other. Increments and incentives they will not give in time.

Training is good, trainers are awesome, the teammates and the team Leaders and all everything depends on which team you are working. Salary Hike is good compared to remaining. On average everything is good
