Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing Likes about this organization the project manager is not supportive even they told one of my associate when an accident happened with him and he injured the project manager says why you worried we have insurance what kind of this behavior with your associates company 2 lakhs insurance will work for them if they died on the streets

in this company full of politics no one careful about the rest of the team member what they suffer from company only wants the people who can do the laborer work there is no quality work no future in this company they can fire you in the next day you will get call they told you not to come office from tomorrow this kind of behavior they have
