...enefits they project in offer Letter is simply illusion just to lure candidates. Also this is not a good practice since while having in hand compensation it will be too less and many terms and conditions they put.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Great place for freshers to start their career.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Best place to Work, joined as fresher and became Lead in short period of time. We will become expert in technical hiring. Company will trust you and they will give a team and clients to handle.

I worked at a client location and the benefits from Triad Square were worse. No health insurance to your family, shift allowances were too poor like 100/- and 150/-. No transportation facilities/allowances to work in shifts. Can't get the required CTC, they won't give us beyond 50% of client payment (very insane).
