Its not a company its a mental hospital, only mental patient can write something good about this company. Even the place that they have leased for this office, they haven't paid the rent for that place for 8-9months.

Dislikes

...They have started this company since 2014 and still calling themself a start up. Company on the verge of insolvency, people working here haven't got their salary from 6-7months, hoping they will get their salary someday. They wont ask people to resign and torture them to the extent that they themselves resign, and then they would say your performance wasn't up to the mark so we won't pay your 7-8 months salary. Company not doing any business from a long long time, but these founders are reporting fake numbers to their investors, month on month. They will try hard to show you everything is fine, so that you join their company. Once you join you realize to which hell you have just arrived.

Likes

No job security, not a good work culture, no salaries and reimbursement are on time. Employee joining their gets highly demotivated in a month or two.

Dislikes

Management just need money in company’s account that’s it. Product what they build was super flop. They never pushed development team to improve product quality but they put lot of pressure to sales team. No sales person can sustain here for more than 6 months. Before I joined 5 sales manager joined and left in tenure of 28 months.
