There is nothing much to like. Just that the salary was on 30th of every month.. .

This company ruined my career. Gave me a huge gap in my resume. Because of its toxic work culture created by SADIQ DIN. I had to leave the job because if his awful behaviour and he is an unbearable thing. Don't join Anarock or Trespect. The Hr's are of no use. They are just there to arrange meetings and do the joining process. Other than that they are of no use. They dont support an employee and also the company and SADIQ" Dose not care about a employees mental health and wellbeing. They just want you to do deals with out any kind of lead support or marketing cost. Sadiq things sales happens like a magic it just drop out of the sky. He himself has never done a sale in his lif and came directly to lead sales company is very saddening. He doesn't know even the basics of sales. Working under him and with Trespect was a curse. Stay away from this company.

A perfect example of mismanagement. No support, the marketing department is a big joke. Do not waste your time in this company. Do not fall for trap 'we are sister company of mighty Anarock'.

Leaders are useless just focusing on his own salary and position no brain to use or impliment no help to the RMS AND JUNIORS.

Trespect is very good company in terms of salary, work culture is just awsome, mangers is very supportive my manger Mr. Saurabh khandelia he is very much supportive and I learned a lot of things from him.

Its a good place to work, Salary comes on time, system and management is transparent for all. Lead quality is good, incentives comes on time what else one can expect. simply great place to work..

Dislikes

I would say only thing which needs improvement is pay scale.
