Job security is on avg side, compensation is decent but growth is very very slow, incentive policy is not that good, lengthy criteria to achieve incentive , HR policy is very weak, if you raise your voice , it will not be heard, so much of work pressure you cannot balance your work life. very less travelling,but compensation is decent, work life is not so exciting, no such initiative from HR , to demotivate their employee.

Incentive slabs only good but also getting incentive there is lots of conditions which is very illogical

Theft happen you has to pay Shortage happen you has to pay on MRP of free item just fake print on it Mrp 8599 on landing cost of company is 400 but company will charge mrp to employee any time your salary hold without any intimation anytime salary deduction without any reson no body have to tell how salary deduct bad management bhai bhatijawad

Company management is really poor. They don't care about employees Welfare.

There is no promotion policy to help you grow. Also if there is huge deduction system in incentives and salary. Company upper management is not up to the mark.
