I really like the environment of “Tree of Life”. In pandemic,”they give everyone’s salary with no deductions. I’d like to thank Himmat sir & Akhil sir . I have a nice experience with the Tree of Life. They are very gentle with the employees.

...ees like servant they Hire people just for 3-4 months and Fire them without any mistake and not paying their salary what worked for the company, there is no work culture

They will hold your salary and terminate you after using you, they just believe in use the employees and through them out from the company without paying their salary

1. Duo of father and son (owner) Both does not have any coordination and blame employee for same. 2. Email and WhatsApp at any point of time like 2 am, 4am and they want reply at the same time. 3. No job security. 4. No FNF my 16000 rupees is still with company but they do not no reply. 6. No work culture. 7. No standard.

What is there to like? It is all hollow structure, without basics management applications. Yes, socially very active with positive notes gyan etc, reality is the opposite.

Dislikes

This can be good place, if at all there is harmony within ownership and REALLY follow strategic decisions and SOP’s. After 11 plus in business yet it is worst than a grocery shop Management.

Do not recommend this property and company the father and son duo actually use the professional to come and join the property and gets there work done in next 3-4 months and simply tell them to leave that company does not want you as you are not best suited for the company
