Besides getting a timely salary, we get good appreciation from higher management. Since there is work pressure, there is a collaborative work culture here. Moreover, the work-life balance is best in TRB.

The organization provides several opportunities for us, and we get regular training. I work as a senior administrative assistant and got to learn a lot about the manufacturing process. Our upper management supports my abilities to take the initiative. Our complaints are heard by the HR department, which responds right away to provide a stimulating work atmosphere. Till now, the experience has been good.

Long working hours are the major issue which the senior management should look upon.
