Nothing to be liked. Very uncultured environment, no cooperation, no career growth, very low salary, no increament, no proper job role. Staff and owner behaviour is very rough.

Dislikes

No chance of career growth, when you want to leave the office owner will force you to stay and promised to give proper work and salary hike but when you stay he will deny to give. Staff behaviour is very rude and unprofessional, you would feel mental torture all the time. Staffs are having affair with each other. Unmarried pregnant girls are working and spreading unpleasant atmosphere. Very disgusting environment. You will feel suffocating all the time. Owner is baised all the time. Staffs do fraud but owner don't tell anything knowing this. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. They spread my personal no to outside employees without my knowledge. After requesting not to do this because as I am a girl it will hamper my life they threatened me to thorough out from office and opposing this they terminated me and also never gave any surveillance. Very bad people.

Work Culture & Environment is good with lots of growth opportunities. Management is quite flexible, supportive & open to new ideas. To sum it all - attrition rate is 0%.

Dislikes

I personally feel that a liberal management invites very casual attitude of some employees who take undue advantage. Management should know where to draw the line.

Management is quite centralized..Overall it's a good co. but there should be adequate succession planning for skilled employees.
