After working for 3 Years 4Months, no grudges no avenge it's just that I have let go everything, I cannot trust to work with them again, I believe in moving on. Job Security : Only to Top Level management Work Culture: Good it's independent coworkers and management are always ready to share,helpful ready for solutions. Management: Good if it's centralized authority reporting it's very good other than that if management reaches for multiple reporting certainly it's a mess. Company Policies: Everything is Time they amend and follow whatever mandated in according to Company rules.

Their is Corporate Sales Division I worked with but No Corporate Sales Department it's merged with Branch. As this becomes tough when everything branch decides. No Happy Get together for Corporate Department either with clients or coworkers.

Mr Dev Karvat Managment, Company Policies, Process, *Staff Selection* was better, Very good in Customer assistance, Service along with company staff, employees, take care all festival celebration, sports, refreshment activities.KPL for sale improve with interest.

The organisation don’t believe in change management. A very autocratic and management cantered organisation.
